Administration Secretary – Cape Town Office (Post level: 13)
The Western Cape Province – Cape Town Office has a vacancy of an Administration Secretary.
Ensure efficient service delivery relating to inventory control, catering arrangements, administration and petty cash.

Key Performance Areas:-
• Petty cash administration
• Office administration
• Catering arrangements
• Inventory control

Key Requirements:
• Certificate/ Diploma in office administration (or relevant equivalent)
• 1-2 years’ experience in administration or administration secretarial role within a corporate environment
• Training on ACCPAC system
