The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and promoting Vodacom’s cutting-edge products and services. REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience in the retail sector
- No prior Vodacom experience required as comprehensive in-house training will be provided
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with technology
- Fluency in English with the ability to communicate effectively
- Afrikaans as a first language will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues

- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through personalized customer interactions
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Staying up-to-date with Vodacom’s product and service offerings to ensure knowledgeable recommendations
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and product expertise
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a positive and engaging store environment
