Administration: The company is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a receptionist service for the Unit. This is a permanent position with a job grade of T05 and falls under the Administration department. The position reports to the Manager (Administration) and is located in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
The Receptionist will be responsible for a number of key responsibility areas, including receiving incoming calls, screening and directing them to appropriate staff or recording messages as necessary.

The Administration Receptionist will also be responsible for all general correspondence of the Unit and must assist with the activities of the Messenger/Office Assistant. Other administrative tasks may be required by the Administrative Officer, and the Receptionist must be prepared to assist with these tasks.
