Job Description: Administrative Office
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced administrative professional to join our team in our Morningside, Durban office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, data entry, scheduling, and providing general office support.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel to our Morningside office location on a daily basis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong telemarketing skills, including experience in making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and providing customer service.
  • Proficient in using various computer applications, such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative or office support experience.
